We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tatami Fightwear gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the equipment has not been used in training sessions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original bags or boxes, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
